Szechuan Chicken Noodles

So these was really yummy and we relished it’s spicyness. Szechuan Chicken noodles is very common and popular among Indo-Chinese food. It is easy to make at home and more easier if you have the Szechuan sauce at home from store. This tastes little spicy but that hotness makes the taste really good.

I here used the readymade store bought Szechuan sauce.

Process

Boiled the noodles with a tablespoon of oil and some salt. After it gets boiled, drain the water and wash with cold water and keep aside.

Chicken keema pieces are cooked with onion,garlic, green chillies, vinegar and a tablespoon of soya sauce. And kept asides

In a pan heat 2-3 tablespoon of oil and sauté some diced onions, diced bell pepper and 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic, green chilli . You can add more veggies too. Add salt as per taste,

After the onions starts to get soft, add the boiled noodles. Stir it well and add the cooked chicken and 3-4 tablespoon of Szechuan sauce to it and mix well.

Hakka noodles or Szechuan chicken noodle are ready to serve hot.
